what is my skin undertone?

i feel like i can never find a good shade :(( right now i’m using missha bb cream in shade 13, but it looks a bit weird and slightly orange after it oxidises when i sweat or wear it for a few hours. was also wondering if anyone has tips to make my face look less dull? product list: - missha bb shade 13 - lancome lash idole mascara - dior backstage glow face pallete
