Marathon Training Plan Advice
Hey guys,
I am in a bit of a situation. I can't decide which marathon plan to use.
Some background... I have never run a half marathon before but i've run lots of 10-15KM's.
My most recent 15K race was 1h 11 min.
I do want to do a half marathon before a full marathon but I don't see any point of starting a HM program that will take 12 weeks when I feel like I can already run a HM if i just went slightly slower than my 15K race.
what do you guys think? what program do you reccomend?
