Whistling while accelerating (2020 cx30 non turbo)

Hello, I’ve seen on this sub before about a problem with the transfer case causing a whistling sound while accelerating. When I give the car a decent amount of gas to merge or go up hill, it sounds like I have a turbo without a blow off valve. It sounds like something spooling up and once I let off the gas I hear it whistle down ( same speed as my rpm if that makes sense). I have warranty and plan to take it to the dealer this next month (just swamped with work and what not) but would like to know if any one else has experienced this or recently experienced this. I think my car was made in Mexico from what I remember searching up when I got it. The car was fine for 3 months then the sound started. Just nervous 😟
