Why are motorbike instructors all the same kind of person?

Do you have to be a fat, bearded, white, obnoxious, rude, borderline racist, geezer to get the job?

Anyone know any companies in the Essex/Suffolk area that doesn’t hire exclusively bell-ends who want to tell me about their neo-nazi mates or go off on rants about the modern world?

I’ve got my mod 2 left to do and would rather give my money to someone who isn’t a total dick.
