Movies with the coldest revenge

Give me your suggestions for movies with the coldest, most spectacular and complex revenge plots.

Specifically I'm not so much looking for slaughterfests like John Wick or Kill Bill (great as those are) but movies where the revenge is carefully planned and goes beyond simply killing someone.
