Men’s Restroom?

Does the new Trump Order expect all trans individuals to go to their biological sex’s bathroom? If that’s the case I’m scared to go to the men’s restroom… considering I’m post op everything…..

Is this taking effect? Do state laws protect us trans folk? I’m scared
