Planning on getting micro SD card + Memorystick Pro Duo adapter. Do UHS-3 transfer speeds make a difference on PSP? Any other specifications I should keep in mind?

EDIT: I may have some of my terminology wrong, but I just want to make sure I have ideal specifications.
