Help please...

I need help with getting back my account my app got deleted and I thought I did link it with my Google account like always but when I went back it said there is no saved data, I don't have my support code, I'm absolutely gutted as I can't submit a support ticket without a support id, I'm absolutely gutted and devastate please can anyone help...
