What's a reliable 750w power supply?

I'll (probably) be running a Ryzen 7 5700G and a Radeon RX 7700 XT. I'll be playing at 1440p. I was going to go with a 650w power supply at first, until I looked at the power requirements for the 7700xt.

I've been using the PSU tier list, but the problem with most of the good PSUs is that they're unavailable in my region. DeepCool, be quiet!, and ADATA are all unavailable, as are some other brands. The choices I have are pretty scant: Cooler Master, Antec, MSI, Corsair, and a couple of local companies that aren't recognised on the tier list.

That being said, Antec's better models aren't available, and for Cooler Master (although the B-tier models are available) I'm getting tripped up over model names, because I'm not sure they're matched correctly - the terminology is very confusing. MSI has a couple of MAG models, but from what I can see, apparently there have been problems with them, or so the list says.

I've narrowed it down to the Cooler Master MWE 750 V2, provided it actually turns out to be the model I saw on the tier list; the other choices are the Corsair CX750 (although the PSU tier list has some problems with this one), and the most expensive options: the CX750-F RGB, and the RM750e, both from Corsair.

Personally, I like the sound of Corsair (because I like X-Men and Corsair is a cool name) but I shouldn't go by brand. And also, the last two options, while ranking B on the tier list and apparently being reliable, aren't cheap. I'd have to save extra, and I also want to get a UPS, because power cuts, while not uniquitous, are a possibility. So what do I do?
