Teeth sensitivity?!
I've never had sensitive teeth. In fact, my teeth have always been great. But 4 days ago I suddenly developed extreme tooth sensitivity to sugar in 3-4 upper back teeth on one side. Sensitivity to sugar. Less than a week before Christmas.
This sounds a bit stupid... but is this a perimenopause thing? I don't want to feel like I'm labelling everything as peri, but I thought I read somewhere (in passing) that our teeth can be affected.
I've started using a sensitivity toothpaste, but it's not having much effect so far (only been using it 2 days, let's just say I'm an impatient person lol). I'm so annoyed... I love Christmas, and one of the things I love is all the amazing food - including sweet food! The toothpaste better start working soon :-(
Is it just me - is this just coincidence? Has anyone else suddenly developed sensitive teeth?
