Wtf just happened??

So I just played a match. As far as I know they were not bots as they picked a lane at the start. But something was off as my teammates and also the enemies were just running about doing whatever. Also, when attacking registeel and regilekie, they would not fight me and just let me KO them.

Then, while being 200pts ahead and all their pokemin lvl 6 or so, my team surrenders and we lose.

Wtf?! What just happened and why? I don't understand anything of thus match. I'll try to add a screenshot and also a clip if I can
