How to find all the things any President did?

Is there any good way to find a full list of things a president did? Like from foreign policy decisions, treaties, and meetings, to domestic policy EOs, laws, and deals. I know Bill Clinton onwards have websites that list them, but they are made by that president's team I think. I've checked presidential libraries but the ones I checked didn't really have lists so much as highlights.
