"Sorry, we're experiencing some issues. Please try again (...)" anyone else getting this error? Is there something wrong with prolific today?

So I reserved a place in a study but when I Tried to start it this error pops up, saying "Sorry, we're experiencing some issues. Please try again. If the problem persists please contact support". Now we all know there's no way support will answer me within the 10 minutes I reserved the place, I kept trying on and on to start this study, kept getting this error and in the end got the same error when I Tried to cancel it. Now the reservation has already expired, but I can't take another study because it says I need to return the first one....So I just lost two studies one after another due to "issues". Anyone else having such experience on prolific today?
