Is it possible to run multiple scripts at the same time?

I want to start doing scripts on several accounts at once, i know how to get multiple accounts and i know how to get the scripts, but the scripts move your mouse so it would just be moving between each window. Is there a way to run like 5 accounts each with their own script on one device?
