This just blows my mind (AL)
How should I proceed with this? I know the early termination fee is accurate, we found an amazing home near our sons school and closer to our job that we bought, it wasn’t ideal to break the lease but the home was perfect and in our budget so we decided to become first time home buyers! However the one charge I’m freaking out about is the paint. $1000 paint. We lived there for 4 years and we have small children 8 and twin 4 year old autistic twins. Of course there is going to be some wear and tear but $1000 🤯🤯
