Question about Jio

Solved! I never drank the junimo potion from the wizard. Apparently you can't get Kiwi's intro until then. ^;;

I skipped Jio's intro scene and now he doesn't appear at festivals. I also haven't bumped into Kiwi at the top of the lift. I usually watch his event and he always shows up at the Flower Fest with Kiwi in those files.

Did I mess him and Kiwi up by skipping the scene?
