Booktok & the inappropriate comments towards that 16 year old boy. What's your opinion?

Long story short, there is a 16 year old guy (you can't see his face) who posted himself with the hunger games books. The post itself was innocent but people from booktok started commenting on that video, some of them saying those books are imature and a lot of them leaving romance book recommendations that are super dark and explicit (like Haunting Adeline).

I always thought people should be free to recommend whatever books they want on their OWN pages, but I think it's so so icky to purposefully go to a 16 YEAR OLD's page to recommend him spicy books and to somehow sexualize his content. His whole account is innocent, he's just a teenager who posts about his motorcycle

I'm curious what you think about this controversy because I believe that these kind of incidents give all romance readers a bad image.
