Those who had a failed microdiscectomy, what was your next step?

Going on 10 months with back problems/sciatica

L4-5 herniation

Been through months of physical therapy Taken many drugs from steroids, NSAIDS, nerve blockers, muscle relaxers, to opioids.

Got injections a few months back but they only lasted a few weeks.

MD was 1 month ago this Friday and unfortunately I’m regressing. I can’t stand or walk for more than 5 minutes.

I’m only 26 years old
