What non-tech jobs do people have to make ends meet in Seattle?

Just curious. We all know the techies can make the high cost of living work here, but what about the rest of us? What job do you have/industry are you in that gets paid enough to live an okay existence in Seattle these days?

I've worked 6 days a week for almost 2 years now to make it all come together, and it's still a struggle.

Not everyone can just switch careers and go work for the Amazon overlords. We still need people doing, I don't know...literally every other job that makes a city function. Some of us must have found non-tech careers that are valued enough to be paid a living wage?
