Prettiest neighborhood to run through

Looking for a really beautiful neighborhood to go on a long run through. I love looking at architecture and landscaped gardens of expensive homes lol. Something runner friendly mostly houses no busy streets to cross. Bonus if there is a viewpoint or park or marina that can be added on to the route. Any neighborhood or area in Seattle will do. Thanks!
