Shinobu Sakai was one of the earliest Shinchan characters who was first seen in the S1 episode, "University Student Is A Friend of Mine" where Shinchan accidentally enters her house and disturbs her afternoon sleep. She was shown as a miserable character as she always got fired from pretty much any part time job because of Shinchan's antics.
