Order stuck

Ordered cat food during 9.9 and up until now, stuck padin sa Davao.. anyone experiencing the same issue? J&T yung courier. I called their hotline and sabi na by last night dapat may update na and shipping na today... pero wala padin.

Getting stressed kasi fully paid yan and nasa 3k+.. tapos paubos na food ng cats ko.. if by thursday wala pa, doble gastos ako.

Any suggestions on what to do?
