Should I get it?

Should I get this cape? Idk I wanna have it but the thing is I saw somewhere that there is possibility of next travelling spirit to be one from sanctuary season (and hell all those are beautiful) and I always waited for that and if I spent candles on this and that spirit comes then I don't think it will be possible for me to collect 100+ candles in 3 days so yeah what should I do :'/
