Took my first leg wrap
I’m new to Solidcore, 3 classes in. I took my first leg wrap, and wow I’ve never been so sore! I had the shakes during class too for the first time which was cool. My other classes were hamstring focus which I found easier. I’m a runner.
Which muscles does leg wrap typically work? I’m assuming Adductors. I’m so sore but I still feel I can run.
