Where to renew

Hello! I'm currently a first year aux in Galicia. It's been a great time so far but I'm with the Ministry so I can only do two years in the program.

As much I would want to stay at the same school, I want to get the most out of Spain while I'm here.

What region can you suggest that is the complete opposite of Galicia? I'm looking for somewhere sunnier and is basically "quintessential Spain".

I've done some research too, but advice from this group will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
