new law in may?

sorry, I have only just found out about auxing since yesterday lol (specifically nalcap, I haven’t looked into any other ones as of yet) and so I know very little as of right now so bare with me, but can someone explain to me what this new law will entail? is it just that after your placement, you aren’t allowed to convert to a work visa or how does it work?

also, those who have been auxiliares for years under nalcap, how have you done it? did you have to return home and then reapply or is it possible to do so continually? is the law more so affecting the ability to do something like this?

again, sorry for my lack of knowledge if these questions are dumb
