I found out what is causing communication error (NOT A SOLUTION)

I'm sorry if there are any errors in English, I'm from Brazil. Since the game's pre-release I've been facing disconnection issues in the middle of practically every game I've played. I manage to join the match, play for about 3 minutes and get kicked out of the match due to a connection error. So I decided to do a test to find out if the problem was actually with my internet provider. I installed the game on my laptop, whose settings are absurdly inferior to my computer, and I SIMPLY MANAGED TO PLAY 15 GAMES WITHOUT ANY DISCONNECTIONS. Even though the game was completely laggy due to the laptop not having a graphics card, I was not disconnected at any point. As soon as I played these 15 games on the laptop I went back to the desktop, where in the second game I was already disconnected using the same internet, the same network cable, the same router. Which brings us to just two possibilities. Either the game is conflicting with some software installed on our computers, or the game is broken for some specific hardware. So I'm going to share my hardware specs here, so we can try to figure out a pattern in the errors that are occurring.
