will spiro help my acne?

hey guys, quick background: i used to suffer from acne when i was about 13-18, but then it magically cleared up and my skin was completely fine. i’m now 21, and since june my skin has been the worst it’s ever ever been. my self confidence is at an all time low, i wont go out, wont go to work… i just want my life and my confidence back. i had a derm appointment today and she suggested spiro (as this can be issued for free on the NHS whereas accutane, all in all, would cost me about 2k). has anyone on here had skin like mine and seen success on spiro? any recommendations for products to use alongside? looking for anything to help me get my life back again <3
