Is this a good deal?

I have a guy locally selling new unopened oled from what he tells me he sells stuff on steam for balance then buys steamdeck to sell. He has sold about 6 from his marketplace on Facebook. Currently has a 1tb unopened for 550. Should I jump all over that?
