Is it possible to get the "harvest express" charm without the battlepass?

So i've done the silly thing of salvaging harvest express and now i really want it back. The next harvest express on the battlepass is like level 80. Is there any chance for me to get it any other way? If not, would salvaging the second one mean i can never get it again?
