Evap?

Full disclosure this is well after the test window. I left it in the bathroom, but I did see a slight shadow when I first took it. About 20 mins before I saw this line, it definitely was not there (but the test was definitely dry by that point in time- I thought I could still see a bit of a shadow though. Very faint).

I hear some people had to wait a long time for their results to show up? Also, would an evap be pink? I feel this is pink!
