coverup/salvageable?

hey guys, i usually am quite picky with my tattoos but i can’t tell if this has been done poorly or I haven’t let it heal yet and am just being overly picky.

i love the idea, i know i would love this tattoo if I felt that it was done properly, i just don’t feel like the line work is good.

what do you guys think about the line work? i’ll attach what i asked for (the back photo is what i asked for) so you guys can compare.

is it fixable? is it coverable? can’t do a SAP cause i feel like weird placement for it lol

please help! i’ve been so anxious and stressed cause of it
