Tinyhawk2 solid red light and won’t connect to BetaFlight =(

Hi all, I’ve been out of the multirotor hobby for 5+ years but was gifted this amazing little tinyhawk2! Unfortunately, it’s been all downhill and i’ve never gotten flight =(

I was able to pair it to my old Taranis X9D (the grey one), but it would not fly. So I connected the TH2 to BetaFlight, got Aux 1-5 set up, and it seemed to work, but when i tried to fly only a few props would spin at a time depending on weird stick directions.

Back to BetaFlight, receiver was set to SPI Rx and FRSKY_D. I tried changing the SPI Bus Receiver Provider to other selections, and nothing would allow the props to spin except FRSKY_D until I tried the selection “Spektrum” which immediately killed the TH2. Now the TH2 does not connect to BetaFlight, and only lights up red. Trying to get in to DFU mode doesn’t work. I tried clicking the boot button, there’s also a tiny button right above the microusb port which lets me change it from Solid Red to Solid Red + Blue, OR clicking again Solid Red + Green.

I’m at a loss, please help. =(
