Are there any "deradicalization" programs in the US that actually change peoples minds?

All of the ones I can see just seem to be the kind of thing for when someone wants toget out of a hate group and already has there mind changed before they start, they just have trouble getting out. Not for someone who believes it but does not want to. and also do they work? I'm not sure if any de radicalization thing works.
