2024 - steaming to radio

Anyone else finding it frustrating that you can't easily switch from streaming music or podcast to an actual FM radio station. Do you really have to exit android auto and go into Toyota intface to get radio, then exit that and go back into Android or carpaly?? That's a lot of steps and looking away from the wheel...
