Dropping frames but my internet seems good?
I'm dropping a considerable amount of frames even though my upload speed should be more than enough, I've tried between 720p-30fps-4500bitrate to 1080p-60fps-6000bitrate. I stream from a gaming pc with ethernet cable, my average speeds are the following from speedtest:
As you can see the upload doesn't go below ~ 9 mbps, and the connection in general is very stable, even when playing online games.

What could be the problem?
