Persistent High BG

Kinda weird issue that I can’t seem to shake. I’m a little sick (especially yesterday), and despite not really eating high carbs, I have not been able to get my BG down successfully with boluses. The dips are from going out and running around the block a few times to get my metabolism going.

I just changed out my set a few hours ago but still just heading high after eating, no matter the bolus it comes with. Anyone have some advice for shaking these persistent highs?
