Bio vs biomed.

I'm currently a BS in Biology but I want to switch to Biomed. Bio med contains pre reqs for med school and some without the labs. And it was my first choice initially. I switched to bio for the GPA requirement. I want to switch back so I can be on the pre med track and take classes that prepare me for it. I don't want a GPA drop and I'm not sure if I should stay bio or switch to biomed.
