Mcat and usmle doubt!

I am a first year medical student! I want to settle in usa ! I already have ilets exam score I have 2 doubts ! Whether I can write mcat exam and pursue my mbbs course in usa ? Or I can wait till my internship and write usmle exam to get into usa 🇺🇸?
