USMobile Customer Service screwed up my number twice and lost it completely

Three weeks ago, I switched from WARP to Dark Star. Today my bank needed to verify my phone number by SMS, but no message came through. That's when all the problems started.

I texted Customer Service who claim to be 'the best in the world' (nope). After 4 hours of turning airplane mode on and off, we found out I wasn't getting any text messages except through Apple Messages. We also discovered I wasn't getting ANY INCOMING CALLS. FOR THREE WEEKS!
Since I use WhatsApp and Telegram to talk with people, I didn't notice this before.
They told me it was some kind of transfer error.

Ok, fine. After 5 hours, they tried to fix it by moving my number to Light Speed. And... my number got 'stuck' between the two carriers. A third customer service person joins the chat and very politely tells me "sorry, we have a new error and now your number is completely unavailable, but since we care about our customers, we can give you a temporary number while we fix yours."
WHAT? Let me get this straight - I had a problem where SMS and incoming calls weren't working because of their first transfer mistake. Now after their 'help,' my number is 'stuck' and I can't use it at all.

Now I can't make calls, get messages for who knows how long, or use the service I'm paying for. I also can't access my banking apps or anything else that needs a phone number.

These people are real 'professionals,' aren't they?
Of course, nobody will take responsibility for these mistakes. And obviously there won't be any compensation for all this trouble.
All that talk about great 'Customer Service' is just a joke. If the problem is harder than turning airplane mode on and off - we've got big problems.

Bottom line: Two major transfer errors and a completely lost phone number. And something tells me this story isn't over yet.

That's not even the main problem.
