ULPT Request: Need to create a fake offer letter or W2 for employment verification

Hey what's up everybody?

I got a job offer that is better than I have ever received before. Partly because I exaggerated my work history saying I held a similar job for 1 year 3 months when really I only held it for 2. They are asking for a w2 (which I think would be more difficult) or an offer letter that is dated. I have found this offer letter online (link below) and I think this would be easily manipulated via photoshop. What do you all think?

BTW - not at all worried about any legal consequences !
