Will my university see if I upload someone else’s work to turnitin and then delete it after?

Basically my sister’s university doesn’t have turnitin and has asked me if I could check her work on my uni turnitin. My question is if I upload it and get the score and delete it afterwards will my uni be able to see what I had uploaded?
