[HIRING] Virtual Assistant for Marketing & Administrative Role

Position Overview:

I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to support my  team with data input, organization, and basic creative tasks. 

This role involves:

  • Updating databases with data from social media channels like Facebook and LinkedIn 
  • Creating charts and graphs in Excel and creating short presentations
  • Performing occasional graphic design tasks using Canva
  • Ensuring social media posts are executed
  • Transferring video files and other administrative duties as needed. 

Comprehensive onboarding and clear instructions for key activities will be provided.

Pay

  • $8 hr

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Excel (including creating charts and graphs).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools, especially Canva.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in social media or virtual assistant roles is a plus but not required.
