[HIRING] Virtual Assistant for Marketing & Administrative Role
Position Overview:
I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to support my team with data input, organization, and basic creative tasks.
This role involves:
- Updating databases with data from social media channels like Facebook and LinkedIn
- Creating charts and graphs in Excel and creating short presentations
- Performing occasional graphic design tasks using Canva
- Ensuring social media posts are executed
- Transferring video files and other administrative duties as needed.
Comprehensive onboarding and clear instructions for key activities will be provided.
Pay
- $8 hr
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Excel (including creating charts and graphs).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools, especially Canva.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in social media or virtual assistant roles is a plus but not required.
