What do you guys think of this?

An acquaintance that I know has been a victim of a few MLM’s. I’ve noticed with this new MLM that she is in (American Wellness Store) she makes these super scripted posts. And well, when I searched American Wellness Store, a second post popped up with pretty much the same exact thing. It’s so weird!! I’m curious about who tells them what to post/how many people copy it. And also, do you think they will actually go on this vacation?? 😂
