Gym/Pilates Bodies- I need some help!

I live at the intersection of King and John and I'm a F(24). I'm looking for a gym/fitness studio that's somewhat affordable( $200-250 per month) and within a 15-20 minute walking distance. I'm aware of Good Life etc, although I'm not sure of the specifics.

What I wanted specifically was group classes or coaching that has different styles of workouts like HIIT, strength training/zumba. I'm a beginner at the gym( I'm a yoga girlie), so I find it a little intimidating to navigate a standard gym.

Do you folks have any recommendations? I'm a little flexible on the budget but I'm not too flexible on the location!

Edit: I hear that $200-250 is a fair amount, if anybody knows more affordable options($100-150) please feel free to let me know.
