White patches on my throat but no pain

Sorry for the photos BUT It’s BEEN 20 days with no pain or other symptoms, but these spots are still here. I first noticed them on Jan 8, possibly from too much chocolate and iced coffee.

Since then, I’ve cut back on sweets, quit occasional vaping, and maintain good dental hygiene (flossing, brushing after every meal, and using 2 brands of antiseptic gargle 2–3x daily).

P.S.: These aren’t tonsil stones—no smell, not removable, and they bleed if forced.

I feel fine but am still concerned. Any insights? Thanks so much
