Weight loss for teens?

So Is 1300 calories enough for a 14yr female that's 5'1 and 70kg? I was wondering if it ways enough? And my maintenance is 1700 and if I subtract 500 it's 1300 calories

And if it's not enough how can I lose weight then?

And I’m minimum active I alone get 5000 steps everyday.

And I was wondering any weight loss tips for teens I wanna lose at least 20kg!
