Things I noticed after 1 month of running. 🏃🏻‍♂️

Sooo, I’ve tried many times before to run, like a habit, not for athletic propose, just for my well-being overall.

Always I was running for a week and then I stopped. Until I’ve found Nike Run Club. The app is amazing for me, the programs, the interface and mostly because of Coach Bennett ( his way to keep me pushing is unique and works perfectly for me ).

I started at 2k in 25 minutes and today I’ve done 3k in 20 minutes without stopping, Sunday I’ve done 5k in 39 minutes, my body changed ( lost some weight and I’m more fit ), I can concentrate better on my daily tasks, I started to eat better and overall I’m feeling amazing.

I’m very proud of myself to introduce this in my lifestyle and I just wanted to share with you my experience.

I will not stop and I hope that my experience will help some of you!
