Nifedipine and mood/anger?

Hello all,

Doc put me on Nifedipine ER 60 which replaced Edarbi which wasn't helping my BP. I had been on Nifedipine 30 ER in the past but I had a skin condition pop up that could have been exacerbated by the Nifedipine so I switch to Edarbi. But it wasn't helping so doc put me back on Nifedipine with a "lets see what happens" with the skin issue since it works fairly well for my BP.

I am a pretty easy going dude, but after starting Nifedipine this time around I feel like I have "rage" simmering just under the surface. Like little things that I would normally just blow off make me want to scream (and I did scream a couple nights ago at our dogs when they were barking at nothing). I don't recall having issues like this with the ER 30.

Anyone else had this happen? One side effect is "mood changes" but I don't see anything on dr. google about anger issues. Hoping it is temporary because being angry isn't good for blood pressure :-)
