Travel to Skywell-27 isn’t working

So I was playing with a friend and we did the quest that takes us through skywell-27. Later after we finished it I was playing alone and it won’t let me fast travel there now. Same happened with Athena. It doesn’t even show up in galactic view. Any solutions?
